Terrence Wall has previously raised donations for and developed the Dane County Children’s Zoo Carousel Building, Boy Scout’s Glacier’s Edge Council Office and Store and the John Wall Family Pavilion at Tenney Park. He has also been a major donor to Edgewood High School, American Family Children’s Hospital, James A. Graaskamp Real Estate Center, Congress Park, High Crossing Park, Madison Central Library, Madison Children’s Museum, Middleton’s Soccer Field, Asset Builders of America, and Domestic Abuse Intervention Services.
Meet the Team
Terrence Wall, President & CEO
Terrence Wall is the President and CEO of the T. Wall companies that specializes in development of office, multi-family, and neighborhood communities. Wall received his B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Real Estate Investment and Appraisal from the Wisconsin School of Business. Wall developed the largest office portfolio in Wisconsin, previously taught at the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Business, and completed numerous philanthropic works including the carousel at the Henry Vilas Zoo, the Boy Scout Council’s headquarters, the new Tenney Park Pavilion, and many more. Mr. Wall has been honored as a leader in green development, and is the only developer to receive the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency. Wall is also a licensed broker.
Tyler Warner, Development Manager
Tyler Warner is a Development Manager and minority partner with T. Wall Enterprises. He is responsible for overseeing new project selection, development, and financing, including identifying new sites and projects, project feasibility and negotiating with local governments, lenders, and third party vendors. He also manages all capital raise initiatives to fund the equity side of each new development.
Tyler holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Marketing. His professional affiliations include the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Tyler was born and raised in Wisconsin.
Taylor Brengel, Legal Counsel
Taylor earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University. His prior experiences include working for the in-house legal department of a Fortune 100 company and working for the Honorable John Coffey of the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Taylor joined T. Wall Enterprises in late 2012 and handles the legal and compliance issues for the company as well as helping the development team with new acquisitions.
Scott Tebon, Director of Construction
Scott Tebon is the Director of Construction responsible for management and coordination of construction activities within the portfolio. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has overseen in excess of $200 million of projects encompassing over 2 million square feet of space and managed buildouts for over 250 commercial customers.
Scott earned his BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with majors in Economics and Finance with a Real Estate emphasis.
Erica Koch, Director of Operations and Property Management
Erica Koch is the Director of Operations & Property Management for all multi-family communities. She has spent the last 19 years in the multi-family housing industry in Wisconsin with various roles and responsibilities including managing all aspects of the company’s operations, customers and properties.
Erica earned her BBA at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a major in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Wisconsin.
Jon Hepner, Development Manager
Jon Hepner is a Development Manager performing project cost & feasibility modeling, development due diligence, and site planning. Jon coordinates and leads projects through entitlement approvals, financing, and beginning of construction while maintaining productive relationships with property owners, alders, and other members of municipal governments.
Jon earned his BBA from Edgewood College where he double majored in Business Management and Business Marketing. During his collegiate career Jon gained substantial professional working experience interning with a residential mortgage broker, the United Way of Dane County, and at the Wisconsin State Capitol for the Governor.
Holly Guskey, Property Manager
Holly Guskey is an on site Property Manager for the multi-family properties including leasing, customer relations, budgeting, and directing maintenance. She has over 7 years of property management experience in the Madison area.
Holly attended Marian University in Fond du Lac and Madison College. She is also an Accredited Residential Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors.
